Who we are

This website, www.ix-tech.nl, is operated by Ix Technologies B.V. (“Ix Technologies”, “we”, “us”), Westvest 41, 2611 AZ Delft, the Netherlands. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy, as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This policy covers this website only. Personal data we process for customers as part of a project is governed by the agreements we make with those customers.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

Cookies

We only place one strictly necessary cookie, .AspNetCore.Antiforgery.*. It protects the contact form against cross-site request forgery, contains no personal information and is deleted when you close your browser. Because it is strictly necessary, no consent is required.

We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or other tracking cookies.

Service providers

We share data only with the providers below, who process it on our behalf and only for the purpose described.

Cloudflare and Twilio are based in the United States. Transfers to them are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Security

Ix Technologies is ISO/IEC 27001 certified. This website is only served over HTTPS and we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Erase your data (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Restrict how we process your data.
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
  • Data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

To exercise these rights, email us at hello@ix-tech.nl. We respond within one month and may ask you to verify your identity first.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or the supervisory authority in your own country.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
